Over the years my wife and I have made 9 real estate transactions. We are very pleased to have had Peter manage our interests in 5 of those from 2015 to 2021.

Buying and selling a home has long been known to be one of the most stressful processes we will encounter in our lives.

It has been our experience the stress experienced during the purchase or sale of a house is to a great extent related to the Realtor selected and most importantly the Agent. 

Since first employing Peter in 2015 we have enjoyed substantially reduced stress during the buying - sales processes, mainly due to Peter’s frequent follow up, presence at basically at all home viewings, exploring areas for potential lead development and actually employing sales skills to achieve the end result rather than being an usher and simply showing people through the home which prior to Peter was one our key stressors with previous agents.

As a highly performing agent, Peter was able to take over the listing of our daughter’s home in 2015 where the price had been reduced twice over 4 months to $80,000 below list with no prospective buyers.

Peter turned the case around selling the house within 60 days at above the originally listed price.

Peter acting as the buyer’s agent for our daughter, worked his skills enabling her to purchase a house below list.

Again in 2015 Peter sold our custom developer built home at list which was at the time the highest priced house in the development.

In 2020 Peter again demonstrated his highly effective sales ability in selling our 4 year old custom built house for a record breaking price in the area for any comparable property.
